Rental Policy

This Rental Policy governs all vehicle rentals provided by Azure Supercar Rent. By proceeding with a booking or taking delivery of a vehicle, the renter fully agrees to all terms, conditions, and obligations stated below. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

Driver Eligibility & Approval

Only approved drivers are permitted to operate the rented vehicle.

To be eligible, the renter must:

  • Meet the minimum age requirement (typically 21–25 years, depending on vehicle category)

  • Hold a valid driving licence accepted in the United Arab Emirates

  • Present original identification documents for verification

  • Be approved by Azure Supercar Rent prior to vehicle handover

Azure Supercar Rent reserves the absolute right to refuse rental without obligation to provide justification.

Mandatory Documentation (Original Documents Required)

UAE Residents must present:

  • Original Emirates ID

  • Original UAE driving licence

Tourists must present:

  • Original passport (mandatory – copies are not accepted)

  • Valid UAE entry visa

  • Original home country driving licence

  • International Driving Permit (if applicable)

All documents must be presented in original physical form at the time of vehicle handover. Failure to provide originals will result in cancellation without refund.

Payment & Pricing Policy

  • Full rental payment must be completed before vehicle delivery

  • Prices are calculated per calendar day unless stated otherwise

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or approved payment channels

  • Any additional charges (extras, fines, extensions, damages) will be billed separately

Once the rental period has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category.

The deposit may be used to cover:

  • Traffic fines and violations

  • Salik (toll) charges

  • Damage not covered by insurance

  • Excess mileage

  • Cleaning or misuse penalties

Deposit release timelines depend on banking procedures and pending violations.

Mileage Allowance

Each vehicle includes a predefined daily mileage limit unless otherwise agreed.

  • Excess mileage is charged per kilometre

  • Unused mileage is not transferable

  • Tampering with odometers is strictly prohibited

Mileage terms will be confirmed prior to rental.

Insurance & Liability

All vehicles include basic insurance coverage in accordance with UAE law.

Insurance does NOT cover:

  • Reckless or dangerous driving

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances

  • Track use, racing, drifting, or performance testing

  • Off-road use (unless explicitly authorised)

  • Unauthorized drivers

In the event of any incident, a valid UAE police report is mandatory. Absence of a police report will result in full renter liability.

Traffic Fines, Salik & Violations

The renter assumes full responsibility for:

  • Traffic fines

  • Speed camera violations

  • Parking fines

  • Salik toll charges

  • Administrative processing fees

Charges may be applied after the rental period if violations are reported later by authorities.

Vehicle Usage Restrictions

The vehicle must not be used:

  • For racing, drifting, burnouts, or speed testing

  • On tracks or off-road terrain

  • For commercial or ride-hailing services

  • Outside UAE borders

  • By any unapproved driver

Any violation authorizes Azure Supercar Rent to immediately repossess the vehicle without refund.

Vehicle Condition & Care

Vehicles are delivered in premium, clean, and mechanically sound condition.

The renter agrees to:

  • Return the vehicle in the same condition

  • Respect interior materials (leather, Alcantara, carbon)

  • Refrain from smoking inside the vehicle

  • Avoid cosmetic or mechanical alterations

Excessive dirt, interior damage, or odors may result in cleaning or restoration charges.

Late Return Policy

Vehicles must be returned strictly at the agreed time.

  • Late returns may be charged hourly or as a full rental day

  • Failure to notify may result in penalties or deposit deductions

Breakdown, Accidents & Emergencies

In the event of a breakdown or accident:

  • Azure Supercar Rent must be notified immediately

  • The vehicle must not be repaired without written approval

  • A police report must be obtained where applicable

Failure to follow proper procedure may void insurance coverage.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must follow agreed terms

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method

Policy Enforcement & Amendments

Azure Supercar Rent reserves the right to:

  • Amend this Rental Policy at any time

  • Enforce stricter conditions for high-value vehicles

  • Refuse service to protect vehicle integrity and brand standards

The most recent version published on the website shall prevail.
