This Refund Policy applies to all bookings, payments, and rental services provided by Azure Supercar Rent. By making a payment or confirming a reservation, the client fully agrees to the terms outlined below.
General Refund Conditions
All rentals offered by Azure Supercar Rent are subject to strict refund conditions due to the high value, exclusivity, and limited availability of luxury and supercar vehicles.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, strictly in accordance with this policy.
Booking Payments & Advance Payments

Any advance payment made to reserve a vehicle confirms availability for the selected dates

Once a booking is confirmed, the vehicle is blocked and removed from availability
Advance payments are generally non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances approved by management.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

Cancellation by the client after booking confirmation

Failure to present required original documents at pickup

No-show at the agreed delivery or pickup time

Cancellation due to rejected documents or driver ineligibility

Early vehicle return
-
Change of plans, travel delays, or personal reasons

Weather conditions or road restrictions

Traffic fines, Salik charges, or penalties

Violation of Rental Policy terms

Rental termination due to misuse or prohibited driving behavior
Refundable Situations (Management Approval Required)
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

Vehicle becomes unavailable due to a verified technical issue

Booking cancellation requested well in advance and approved by Azure Supercar Rent

Double payment or verified billing error
-
Service failure directly caused by Azure Supercar Rent
All refundable cases require written approval from management and may be subject to administrative deductions.
Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method only

Payments made via Stripe will be refunded back to the same card

Processing times depend on banking institutions and may take 7–21 business days
-
Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable
Azure Supercar Rent is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Security Deposit Refunds
If a security deposit is required, it is handled separately from rental payments.
Deposits may be held temporarily to cover:

Traffic fines or violations

Salik (toll) charges
-
Vehicle damage or excessive wear

Excess mileage
-
Cleaning or restoration costs
Deposit release timelines depend on pending fines and banking procedures.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Same-day or last-minute cancellations are strictly non-refundable

Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative fees

Refund eligibility is determined solely by Azure Supercar Rent
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior communication may result in:

Immediate suspension of service

Legal action where applicable

Blacklisting from future rentals
Clients are strongly advised to resolve any concerns directly with Azure Supercar Rent.
Policy Authority
Azure Supercar Rent reserves the right to:

Deny refunds that do not meet policy criteria

Modify or update this Refund Policy at any time

Apply stricter refund conditions for high-value or limited-edition vehicles
The most recent version published on the website shall prevail.
