These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website https://carrentalindubai.ae and all rental services provided by Azure Supercar Rent. By accessing our website, making a booking, or renting a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility to Rent

To rent a vehicle from Azure Supercar Rent, you must:

  • Meet the minimum age requirement (usually 21–25 years, depending on the vehicle)

  • Hold a valid driving licence accepted in the UAE

  • Provide a valid passport or Emirates ID

  • Provide a valid international driving permit if required (for tourists)

We reserve the right to refuse rental if documentation or eligibility requirements are not met.

Booking & Reservation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

  • Reservations can be made online, via phone, WhatsApp, or email

  • Prices are quoted per day unless stated otherwise

  • Vehicle images on the website are for reference only and may vary slightly

Azure Supercar Rent reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking if incorrect information is provided.

Rental Period

  • The rental period begins and ends at the agreed time stated in the booking

  • Late returns may result in additional charges

  • Early returns do not qualify for refunds unless agreed in advance

Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must:

  • Be used only for personal or business purposes

  • Not be used for racing, drifting, off-road driving (unless specified), or illegal activities

  • Not be driven outside the UAE without written approval

  • Be driven only by the authorised driver(s) listed in the agreement

Any misuse of the vehicle may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

Insurance & Liability

All vehicles are provided with basic insurance as per UAE regulations.

The renter may be held liable for:

  • Traffic fines

  • Salik (toll) charges

  • Parking fines

  • Damages not covered by insurance

  • Negligence or reckless driving

Insurance coverage becomes void if the vehicle is used in violation of these Terms.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved methods

  • We do not store card details

  • Full payment or partial payment may be required before vehicle delivery

Prices may change without prior notice but confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

Traffic Fines & Violations

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, penalties, and violations incurred during the rental period.

Any fines received after the rental period but related to the rental duration will be charged to the renter.

Vehicle Condition & Return

  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Normal wear and tear is acceptable

  • Any damage, excessive dirt, or missing items may result in additional charges

  • Fuel level must match the level at delivery unless agreed otherwise

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the vehicle and rental period

  • Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method

Accidents & Breakdowns

In case of an accident or breakdown:

  • Contact Azure Supercar Rent immediately

  • Do not move the vehicle unless instructed

  • Obtain a police report if required

Failure to report incidents properly may result in liability.

Limitation of Liability

Azure Supercar Rent shall not be held responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party actions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to disrupt website functionality

  • Copy or distribute content without permission

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
